  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

     To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

     If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
     Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Emporium Wellbeing Live – Shipping Policy (UK Consumer Law Compliant)
    1. Pre‑Purchase Transparency (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
    • Before checkout, customers must see clear information on delivery options, times, and charges — including if delivery excludes certain UK regions.
• Any delivery costs or surcharges must be disclosed early, not hidden after checkout.
    2. Delivery Timing
    • By default, goods must be delivered within 30 calendar days of the order date, unless a different date is expressly agreed.
• If agreed delivery times are missed, customers have the right to cancel and receive a full refund, including delivery costs.
    3. Returns & Cancellation Rights – Cooling Off Period
    • Customers have a 14‑day cooling‑off window starting the day after the goods are delivered, where they may cancel for any reason and receive a refund.
• Once cancellation is communicated, customers have a further 14 days to return the items.
• A full refund must be issued within 14 days of either receiving the goods back or being notified of cancellation—whichever occurs later.
    4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
    • Unless the retailer voluntarily covers it, for non-faulty goods returned under the 14-day cooling-off, the customer pays the return postage.
• For faulty or misdescribed goods, refunds must include the full cost of item plus standard delivery, and return postage must be free.
• Retailers may not charge restocking or admin fees within the statutory returns period.
    5. Misleading Claims & Remote Areas
    • Promotional statements like “free UK delivery” must not mislead customers — e.g., by excluding remote areas unless clearly stated in advance.
• If delivery charges apply to areas like Scottish isles or offshore locations, these must be clearly indicated upfront.
    6. Liability Until Delivery
    • The retailer remains responsible for goods during transit until they reach the customer or a named recipient at the delivery address.
• Customers must raise delivery issues promptly.
